Your Rights, Our Rules, One Clear Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "f999," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the f999 platform, operating under an international gaming licence and accessible at f999.vin.
• "Platform" means the f999 website at f999.vin, including all casino games, sports betting markets, payment systems, promotional tools, and account management functions available thereon.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who has registered a player account on the f999 Platform or who accesses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered player account associated with a single f999 Login credential, identified by a Pakistani mobile number and/or a chosen username.
• "Funds" refers to all Pakistani Rupee (PKR) balances held in a Player's f999 account, including deposited funds, bonus funds, winnings, and cashback credits.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, welcome bonus, reload bonus, cashback, or free bet credit issued to a Player by f999 under a specific promotional offer.
• "Real Funds" means money deposited by the Player through approved payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank, exclusive of any Bonus Funds.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, which at f999 include identity verification via CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and any additional documentation f999 may reasonably require.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager using Bonus Funds before those funds and any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal.

By completing the f999 registration process, accessing your f999 Account, making a deposit, or using any feature of the Platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and f999.

These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, Bonus Terms, and any specific promotional terms communicated to Players from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any supplementary terms, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless the supplementary terms explicitly state otherwise.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with f999, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. This is a firm, non-negotiable minimum age requirement with no exceptions.
2. You are accessing f999 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not expressly prohibited under local law applicable to you as an individual.
3. You are acting as a private individual for personal recreational use and not on behalf of any commercial entity for business or investment purposes.
4. You have not been self-excluded from f999 or any other online gambling operator via a self-exclusion mechanism that remains active.
5. You are not a current employee, contractor, consultant, or director of f999 or any company affiliated with f999, nor are you an immediate family member of such an individual.

f999 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity — including a valid CNIC — at any point during your registration or at any time thereafter. Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent identity information constitutes immediate grounds for account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered f999 account. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different identity information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

When registering your f999 account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your Pakistani mobile number, and a valid date of birth;
• Maintain and promptly update your account information if any details change;
• Keep your f999 Login password strictly confidential and not share it with any other person;
• Enable two-factor OTP authentication where reasonably practicable to protect your account;
• Immediately notify f999 via the live chat support channel if you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised.

f999 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.

f999 accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), and Meezan Bank. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200 unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion.

By making a deposit to your f999 account, you represent and warrant that:

• All funds deposited originate from a payment source registered in your own name, and you are the legitimate owner of the funds;
• The funds deposited are not the proceeds of any criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud;
• You are not depositing funds on behalf of any third party;
• You accept that f999 may conduct enhanced due diligence on any deposit that f999, in its reasonable discretion, considers unusual or suspicious.

f999 does not accept deposits via credit card, cryptocurrency, international wire transfer, or any payment method not listed in the approved methods above. Attempts to fund your f999 account via unapproved methods will result in the transaction being rejected and funds returned to their source.

Players may withdraw Real Funds from their f999 account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed — a valid CNIC and proof of payment method ownership must be on file with f999 before any withdrawal can be processed;
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold of Rs 500;
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name that matches your f999 account registration details;
• Any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds must be fully satisfied before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• f999 may request additional verification documentation for withdrawals that exceed specified threshold amounts as part of its standard anti-money laundering procedures.

f999 targets the following withdrawal processing times under normal operating conditions: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — within 15 minutes of approval; HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank — within 4 business hours of approval. These are target timeframes only and are not guaranteed service level commitments.

f999 offers various promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP loyalty rewards. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable Real Funds. Wagering requirements for each promotion are stated in the specific promotion's terms at the time of the offer;
• A maximum of one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment account;
• Different game types contribute at different rates toward satisfying wagering requirements: live casino table games and sports betting markets typically contribute at a lower rate than slot games;
• Bonus funds have an expiry period. Any bonus funds and associated winnings not utilised before the expiry date will be forfeited without compensation;
• f999 reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or reclaim any bonus where it reasonably suspects that the bonus is being abused, where the Player has provided false information, or where bonus terms have not been complied with;
• Players found to be exploiting bonus structures through arbitrage betting, matched betting using bonus funds, or any other strategy designed to extract guaranteed profit from bonuses without genuine risk will have their bonuses cancelled and may have their accounts suspended.

All casino games available on f999 are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for computerised games, or via live camera feed for live dealer games. Game outcomes are independently audited for fairness by accredited testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all f999 casino games are available upon request.

With respect to sports betting markets on f999:

• All odds are determined by f999's trading team and are subject to change up until the commencement of the relevant event;
• f999 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed after an event has commenced (where this was not intended as a live in-play market), or placed on odds that were materially incorrect due to a technical error;
• Maximum bet limits apply to all sports markets and are displayed on the relevant market page prior to placing a bet. f999 may apply individual player bet limits at its discretion where unusual betting patterns are detected;
• PSL (Pakistan Super League) cricket markets, UFC, kabaddi, and all other sports markets are subject to the specific rules of the relevant governing sport body in determining settlement outcomes.

In the event of a technical fault, power failure, or software error affecting a game or bet in progress, f999 will take all reasonable steps to determine the correct outcome and settle the bet accordingly. Where a fair outcome cannot be determined, f999 may void the relevant round and return the wager to the Player.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the f999 Platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one f999 account in any combination of names, addresses, mobile numbers, devices, or IP addresses;
• Using software, bots, algorithms, artificial intelligence, scripts, or any automated tools to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sports market;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or depositing funds originating from criminal activity;
• Using stolen, borrowed, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund an f999 account;
• Colluding with other players in live casino poker or any other multi-player game to gain an unfair advantage;
• Abusing bonuses through systematic arbitrage betting, matched betting using bonus funds, or any strategy designed to generate risk-free profit from promotional offers;
• Providing false personal information during registration or KYC verification;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the f999 Platform, its servers, or any software components thereof;
• Using or accessing an f999 account on behalf of a third party, or allowing another person to access your account.

f999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to satisfy KYC verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe;
• Receipt of a chargeback, payment reversal, or fraud alert from any payment provider;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, match-fixing participation, or any other criminal activity;
• A request from law enforcement, regulatory authority, or court order;
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant.

Players may voluntarily request account closure at any time by contacting f999 customer support. Upon closure, any Real Funds balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following completion of any pending KYC requirements.

f999 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all platform services. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered Players, accessible via the Account Settings section after f999 Login:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits can be set by any Player. Once set, a deposit limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before activation.
• Session Time Limits: Players can set reminders or hard time limits on individual gaming sessions.
• Loss Limits: A maximum net loss amount per day, week, or month can be configured on any f999 account.

Nothing in these Terms grants any Player a right, licence, or interest in any intellectual property owned or controlled by f999.

Players are expressly prohibited from reproducing, copying, modifying, distributing, publicly displaying, or commercially exploiting any content from the f999 Platform without prior written authorisation from f999.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, f999 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the f999 Platform, even if f999 has been advised of the possibility of such damages;
• Any service interruption, technical error, or temporary unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, infrastructure failure, or circumstances beyond f999's reasonable control;
• Any losses arising from your reliance on information provided on the f999 Platform, including odds, game results, or promotional content;
• Unauthorised access to your f999 account where such access arises from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.

Where f999's liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, f999's total liability to any Player in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the total amount of Real Funds deposited by that Player in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

f999 collects, processes, stores, and uses Player personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using f999, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data processing activities include: account registration and identity verification, transaction processing and anti-money laundering checks, responsible gaming monitoring, customer support provision, and where consented, promotional communications. f999 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to Players via an on-platform notification or via the email address or mobile number associated with your f999 account. The amended Terms will take effect no earlier than 7 days after notification, except where immediate amendment is required to address an urgent regulatory, legal, or security matter, in which case the amendment may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the f999 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the most recent version took effect.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which f999 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, your use of the f999 Platform, or any transaction conducted through f999 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of f999's licensing jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, Players are encouraged to contact f999 customer support to attempt informal resolution of any dispute. f999 commits to acknowledging all formal written complaints within 5 business days and providing a reasoned response within 30 business days of receipt.
